Last Year Google Rejected 610,000 Websites And Disapproved 134 Million Ads

This is no censorship because Google itself can make money doing this

Ads that are in violation of our ads policies aren’t allowed to be shown on Google and our AdSense partner sites. For many repeat offenders, we ban not just ads but also advertisers who seek to abuse our advertising system to take advantage of people. In the case of ads that are promoting counterfeit goods, we typically ban the advertiser after only one violation. Here are some metrics that give some insight into the scale of the impact we have had over time, showing the numbers of actions we’ve taken against advertiser accounts, sites and ads. You can see that the numbers are growing—and growing faster over time.

We find that there are relatively few malicious players, who make multiple attempts to bypass our defenses to defraud users. As we get better and faster at catching these advertisers, they redouble their efforts and create more accounts at an even faster rate.
Even in this ever-escalating arms race, our efforts are working. One method we use to test the success of our efforts is to ask human raters to tell us how we’re doing. These human raters review a set of sites that are advertised on Google. We use a large set of sites in order to get an accurate statistical reading of our efforts. We also weight the sites in our statistical sample based on the number of times a particular site was displayed so that if a particular site is shown more often, it’s more likely to be in our sample set. By using human raters, we can calibrate our automated systems and ensure that we’re improving our efforts over time. In 2011, we reduced the percentage of bad ads by more than 50 percent compared with 2010. That means the proportion of bad ads that are showing on Google was halved in just a year.
Google’s long-term success is based on people trusting our products. We want to make sure that the ads on Google are safe and trustworthy, and we’re not satisfied until we do.

5 rules for Google adsense

Google AdSense is a very popular blog monetization tool because it's easy to join the Google AdSense program, easy to integrate a variety of ads into your blog, and ads don't have to take up a lot of space.  However, there are a few rules you must follow unless you want to get banned from the AdSense program and make no money at all.  Following are five of those rules:

1. Don't Boost Clicks Artificially

There are a number of ways that Google AdSense publishers (such as bloggers) can artificially boost the number of clicks on the Google AdSense ads that appear on their sites.  Following are a few
methods that might be tempting but are considered spam and are a surefire way to get banned from the Google AdSense program:
    • Clicking on AdSense links on your blog yourself.
    • Asking other people to click on the AdSense links on your blog.
    • Using any kind of automated process to increase clicks (whether you create the process or a third party does it for you).
    • Joining with a group of other people to click on AdSense ads on each other's blogs or websites.

      2. Don't Display More than the Allowed Number of Ads on a Page

Make sure you read the current Google AdSense Program Policies and only display the number of ads
allowed on a single web page at all times.

      3. Don't Fill a Page with Ads but No Original Content

Any page on your blog that includes Google AdSense ads must include more original content than ads.  In fact, Google considers displaying a page full of ads with little or no original content a form of spam.

      4. Don't Create More than One AdSense Account

It might be tempting to create completely separate Google AdSense accounts and publish ads from both accounts on the same blog in order to get around rule #3 above, but doing so is a violation of Google policies.  While you can add more than one blog or website to your Google AdSense account, you may not have more than one actual account.

      5. Don't Try to Trick People into Thinking AdSense Ads are NOT Ads

Hiding text link ads within the content of your blog posts in an attempt to make people think they aren't ads is a violation of Google AdSense policies.  Bottom-line, don't try to disguise ads in an effort to increase clicks.

      10. Combine all your skills!
Find listening and reading materials on the same topic from the library or Internet (e.g., news websites such as ndtv.com). Take notes or create outlines on each. Give a one-minute oral summary of each.
Explain how the two relate in a short written response (150 – 225 words). Take notes or create outlines on each. Give a one-minute speech about the same.

      Team Work

      Team Work And Team Building

Man is a social being thus he needs to interact with people. Almost every individual has experienced, in one way or another, how it is to work in a group - from his childhood games to wherever he is now earning his living. Unfortunately, not every group succeeds in its objectives or goals. Failure is a possible consequence whenever we get into a challenge. However, we can always avoid this much dreaded "failure" if every member of a group would not fail to use or exercise TEAMWORK. Yes, every group of people must not only work as a GROUP

       T-E-A-M-W-O-R-K

      T is for Talent
By talent, I mean a person's knowledge or capabilities. It is of course quite necessary for a member of a team to be knowledgeable about the work that his team is going to do. Where can these knowledge be gained? Knowledge can explicitly be learned from some useful handbooks on whatever you are working on. However, implicit knowledge - that which is acquired through experience and practice, is found to be much more useful.
      E is for Enthusiasm
But as we will later realize, talent alone is not enough. A knowledgeable team member must also be enthusiastic. He must seek responsibility, he must find ways to make the talents he has useful. He must always have the energy and the drive to work. Eventually, this enthusiasm will naturally come out of him and he will realize that his example becomes so inspiring and motivating enough for his other teammates to work - without him asking them any demands.
      Read more--->
      A is for Accountability
Every member is accountable not only to his team but to all his other work mates. We are not responsible only of ourselves. It is everyone's responsibility to keep others informed. Whenever someone keeps on forgetting what he needs to do, it is our responsibility to keep him reminded. What he failed to do is a reflection of what we were also not able to do ourselves.
      M is for Management
Every member must know his specialization relative to what his other teammates can do best. A good organization is really needed in proper distribution of work. The best member of any group is he who demands work based on what he can do. When we are assigned to do or work on something, we must also know where to go for help (just in case we couldn't work out on something), and when those help must be asked. Ultimately, it is every group member's responsibility to ensure that everyone has a work to do and that every one is always the best man for his job.
      W is for Work-able
When a person has all the talents and the enthusiasm in the world and yet he doesn't have free time to work, it all turns out useless. Availability of every member is very much needed to work as a team. If no one's there, who do you expect to pursue the team's goals? This work-ability is not all about free-time, however, it also entails a large amount of adaptability. Every member must be able to expect different possibilities and must know how to react on them should they arise in the course of events.
      O is for Openness
Understanding among team members is a necessity in every team for every member to be able to work in the best of his abilities. Everyone must be open to new ideas and suggestions. Everyone must have the capability to understand people. It is in keeping the communication lines open that the team can more efficiently achieve its goals.
      R is for Respect
Every team member must be able to practice respect so that he can expect to be respected in return. A team could discuss things and every member could voice out his own opinion in whatever matter they are discussing without degrading his teammate or his teammate's suggestions no matter how irrational they are. It is one thing to listen and be able to humbly object and it is another thing to just avoid to listen. Whenever a team is brainstorming, everyone must be able to raise his opinions without having any hard feelings.
      K is for Keenness
Keenness is the final key in working as a part of a team. It is more than enthusiasm. Enthusiasm comes before doing the actual work. This keenness - this intensity, is manifested while going through the work itself. It is what pushes us to move on and keep on working until we are finally done.

Killer Tips to Improve Page Rank of a Website

Killer Tips to Improve Page Rank of a Website

As a Blogger, you must have been aware of Page rank. Page rank is just a ranking factor but it’s still an important metric to judge a Website credibility. Before, I start sharing my tips to improve Page rank of your Website, let me give you an introduction to page rank.
Page rank, is a ranking system from Google, in which they give any point from 1-10 to a website. A new domain (recently purchased) will usually have N/a or 0 PR. 1 being the starting and 10 being the best point in Google page rank system. Page rank is directly or indirectly related to your site quality and backlinks. More site trusts you and link you, your site will have better credibility in Google eye. Though, it doesn’t mean you go to Fiverr or use some SEO service to build tons of backlinks over night and in no time, Google will ban your site from search.

Why you need to Improve Page Rank?

Let me make some sense to you and let you understand why page rank is useful for your site. Though, many people says, page rank doesn’t matter in terms of traffic and it’s true. There is no direct relation with PR and traffic, but having a good Google page rank shows that this is credible site.
You need to plan out everything in terms of what all factors, you will be working on to improve page rank. Webmasters with experience in online businesses realize the benefits of a Page Rank. There are many advertisers, who would like to sponsor a blog post on your blog, but they look out for high PR. Better the Page rank is, you can bid higher for ad spots and sponsor ship post.
More over, when other bloggers see your site with good page-rank, they don’t mind linking to you next time, as they will see your site as a credible source.
      Improve Page Rank

      Read more--->
Google PageRank is a value that identifies each page of the site based on the importance of the Internet page. This is a scale of 0-10, with 10 considered the most important factors and is determined by the quantity and quality of incoming links, and more. Usually the pages of high-ranking effort to appear higher in search engine results if they are optimized for the particular keyword. Here are some tips to improve your PageRank and get the associated benefits. I’m not covering some basic tips like Submitting your sitemap to webmaster tools, using SEO optimized theme like Thesis.

Improve Page Rank with Following Tips:

      Unique SEO optimized content:
First of all, the most important step is to create a good unique content for your site or the blog. Search engines love quality and unique content which is been updated on a regular basis and the search engines will crawl your site very often. The fresh content of your site will attract other webmasters to link to your site that will give you a precious one way inbound links. More over, after Google recent post algo, it’s important to have a blog with a decent updated post every month, as you might see your site ranking dropping in search. Maintain a post frequency and make sure you spread your content via social media channel.
       Use heading tags and Keywords:
As I mentioned above writing high-quality post will help to rank better and it’s true, but at the same time you need to be found on Google. The best way to be found in Google is by putting yourself in page 1. Obviously, this can be done by few things: Keyword research > SEO optimized post > Social media promotion > Backlinks. So that’s the shortcut way, but now the most cruicial in this is optimizing your content for certain Keyword.
Here is a useful post, which teaches how to do onpage SEO optimization. Basically, you need to take care of your heading tags like H1, H2, h3, Keyword placement, Keyword density and so on. You can use plugin like EasyWpSEOScribeSEO for better optimization. You can refer to post on Onpage SEO:
       Backlinks
The most important player in this exercise to improve Page Rank of a website or a blog is the inbound links for a particular site. In fact, the success of the great Google page rank is highly dependent on the number of inbound links to a page. Not all links are equal when it comes to backlinks. Links to high PR sites are more valuable than low PR sites, but these inbound links should come from relevant sites to have a beneficial effect on the PR.
Harsh has already shared a post on how he boost a website PR to 3 with no content by blog commenting, which you can read here. Backlink generation is not a tough task and we have already learned 101 ways to get quality backlinks, but for your convinience I’m sharing some quick and easy way to get backlinks:
      • Blog commenting on Dofollow blog
      • Guest posting
      • Forum posting (With signature)
       Article directory submission:
Write the high quality of articles to the popular and high PR article directories with a link back to your site in the bottom of the article at the resource box. Some times These articles will be taken by the webmasters and they will publish on their website that will give you a precious one way inbound link to your site. Google considers these links as the popular votes for your blog or the site and inturn it will help you in increase Google page rank.
Though, after panda backlinks from Article directory is not considered as high backlink, that’s why I recommend to prefer guest posting. But at times, when you need to get quality links in little time, Just to improve page rank, article directory is a good idea.
But before, we move ahead I would suggest you to look into this post:
       Submit blog to Web directories:
A simple way to improve the PageRank of the site is to submit the site or the blog to an appropriate class of high-ranking web directory. If you submit your site to more directories you will get more backlinks, which will increase your sites chance of ranking high in the Google.
Ask other blogger to link to you:
For many this sounds like what I’m saying, but believe me there is nothing wrong about letting other blogger know about an awesome researched article you have done. For example, if you done a great researched article on Getting page rank with 0 backlink, you can tip for that to other bloggers, who write about SEO or page rank, and you might be lucky to get some high quality backlink.
This is what I did couple of twice, I covered some breaking news like facebook launching new photo viewer, and I tipper that to site like mashable.com, all facebook.com and they covered it with a backlink, which is a high quality backlink. More over, getting a mention on good site, also attracts more links, from the reader’s site.
      Organize Blog contest:
Blog contest is like easiest marketing formula a blogger can follow. Being a blogger, you can find many product related to your niche and you can run a contest like write a review and link to your blog, or do social bookmarking voting and get free Google+1 and other votes, which helps in better ranking. I also suggest to look out this guide on getting free Blog sponsors for contests. This way, with a contest you will not only earn backlinks, but also it will add into your branding of blog.
      See your site in search:
A proper site structure is very important for a SEO optimized site. You need to make sure, Google indexes your site properly and indexing all your content.
First do a search in Google.com with following term :  Site:domain.com
Replace domain.com with your site name, and go to the last page. If you see omitted search result option, click on it and see what all useless pages now Google are showing. If it’s category and tag pages, you can noindex them using meta robots plugin. If your wp-admin, wp-content are indexed, you can stop crawling using WordPress robots.txt and you can follow this video to remove them from index in 24 hrs.
      Fix broken links:
This is one thing, which I highly suggest you to do to keep your blog more search engine friendly. You can use plugin like Broken link checker for WordPress, or Broken link checker websites to identify all broken links and fix them. You can also use Webmaster tool to find all broken links and pages linking to it, and work on changing the links or setting up 301 redirection.
      Strong Internal linking:
If you have been following Wikipidea, I’m sure you must have seen Wikipedia SEo strategies with internal linking. Probably, one of the best example for a proper internal linking. When we talk about Internal linking, in simple word it means you should link to your older post from your new post. Not only that, make sure you add it with proper anchor text. For example, check out this post and number of pages I have linked.  This helps in better indexing of internal pages and as well as increase SEO ranking of the target keywords. There are many useful plugins for the same, which includes:
There are many others way, which you can do but mostly it’s back links which helps. Try to maintain a consistency in back-link building process, which makes it very effective, else too many huge spikes might be a bad idea. You can use backlink checker tools to see how much is your back-link, and you can set a target to get more backlinks and start working from today.
